The Department of Higher and Professional Education, NIEPA is organizing a Three-Day workshop on Leadership Development for University Deans and Head of Departments. The programme aims to understand the challenges of an academic administrator, and to develop capacities to master the new leadership approaches for overcoming the challenges. The programme has been scheduled on December 2-4, 2024 at Department of Higher and Professional Education, NIEPA, New Delhi.
